A new service from LC Corporate Strategies Plc offers directors and their advisors a free assessment to gauge the likelihood of HMRC accepting a Time-To-Pay (TTP) proposal.

The meeting will evaluate critical points that affect the success of a TTP proposal such as the treatment of intercompany loans, unencumbered assets and previous tax compliance history. It would also include a review of management information and the provision of a robust strategy to agree a suitable, well presented TTP submission.

Daniel Booth, head of LC Corporate Strategies Plc, said “We’re delighted to offer this free advisory service to businesses with tax arrears and cash flow difficulties.

“We believe that our unique insight into the workings of HMRC gives us the advantage when advising company directors, accountants and funders alike.

This is a free service offering which we hope will assist with the saving of many companies and countless jobs across the UK.”

In addition to our free service offering we have recently launched our latest product, tax-flow.com. The main purpose of tax-flow.com is to assist businesses obtain short term finance. The funding is designed to enable business owners to “kick start” a TTP proposal with an initial lump sum payment.

These loans will be secured on any suitable assets the company or its director can offer and will run in conjunction with the TTP proposal ensuring the repayment terms do not add to the cash flow problems.

In recent months, LC Corporate Strategies have had great success following a number of small presentations to fellow professionals who have subsequently consulted us on the viability of their clients successfully obtaining a TTP proposal with HMRC. As a result of our involvement we have assisted a number of businesses avoid potential action from HMRC. The presentation is deemed to be very informal and should not take any longer than 45 minutes of your time.
