This is a significant evolution in our restructuring practice, formalising many of the roles which our people have undertaken historically and allowing us to operate at the heart of a business in order to manage a crisis and to implement a turnaround or restructuring. This PwC offering will sit alongside our high profile Turnaround Director Panel, which will continue to provide executive leadership to companies in stressed situations. In order to support the development of our offering, we are delighted to announce that Alan Lovell has joined the team as Chief Advisor to the restructuring practice. Alan's career has included Chief Executive roles in five companies, three public and two private equity, including Dunlop Slazenger, Costain and Jarvis.
